Still on> Pull up training!
…just won’t post anything about it as I don’t train my maximum in my first set at the moment (I train it at the 5th set) to increase the amount of my rep’s.
I need to go through this program for about 16 days until I can start with my max rep’s in the first set again (that’s when I know how many consecutive rep’s of pull ups I can really do when fresh).
As I find it incredibly boring for everyone to write down my pull up routines, I will only write about it when the day as come to check on my new rep’s.
I’m on track, I keep improving the way I’m supposed to be improving and let’s hope it will show in about 2 weeks time!
