…very good…
but I’m not only re blogging this because of the thigh gap thing…as I find the thigh gap irrelevant.
Today I spoke with one of my clients about the hip flexibility and the bone structure.
The range of motion around the hips depends not only on the individual flexibility but the built of the bones and structure of it as well.
You will notice that the hip structure of the right hips on this pic provides less range of motion than the hip structure on the left side.
So basically the person on the left side would have it easier to do a full split (if the muscles are flexible enough) than the person on the right. The person on the left will more likely be able to do low squats and very low sumo squats and high side kicks. The person on the right side has practically the bones in the way when trying the same. There is nothing you can do about it as your bones are your bones…and there is NOTHING wrong with that at all! Both structures are beautiful and perfect just the way they are.
Let’s say the person on the left side would be a better dancer while the person on the right side would be a better runner (just from the bone structure…there are other factors to consider of course ;).
What bone structure do you have?
I have the left…
Take care and good night,
Anne
